Scott Roetzer
Co-Founder of Ledge Creek Development in 1994. Has over 20 years experience in commercial site development and general construction. Mr. Roetzer is a graduate of SUNY at Buffalo.
Barry Small
Co-Founder of Ledge Creek Development in 1994. Has over 20 years experience in commercial general construction, electrical construction and site development. Graduate of ECC Construction Technology program.
Scott Castilone, Vice President - General Construction
A graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Engineering with over 20 years experience in the commercial general construction industry. Mr. Castilone has previously held Senior Management positions at Savarino Construction, Ciminelli Development Corp. and ADF Construction Corp.
Sean McConnaghy, Vice President - Site Development
A graduate of SUNY at Alfred and has 20 years experience in site development and site inspection. Mr. McConnaghy has multiple OSHA Certifications and has provided management and coordination of some of the most significant site improvement projects in the Western New York region.
